We deliver Australia Wide, the cost of delivery varies depending on the
location and the goods delivered.

We do our best to dispatch you order within 1-2 business days. We will email your courier and shipment tracking details once dispatched.

Please allow approximately 2-7 business days to deliver to Metropolitan Areas, approximately 5-7 business days to regional areas and approximately 7-14 business days for remote areas.

When you give authority to leave your allowing our carriers to leave the package unattended where they feel is safe, at your nominated address placed on the order.

If you opt to leave your order unattended, InStyle Bathware will not be responsible for any lost or stolen items.

In the case of no one being available on time of delivery, an extra charge will need to be paid for prior to be re-delivering the freight.

No damaged/missing item claims accepted after 48 hours of goods received.
