HOW DO I PAY?

Yes, We deliver Australia Wide, delivery charges may apply. Please refer to Product Listing and Delivery

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO BE DELIVERED?

Orders are dispatched within 24-48 business hours, from date of purchase. Depending on your location you
should expect your delivery to arrive anywhere from 2-6 business days. Once order is dispatched you will
receive an email with tracking details so you know the location of your order. Please refer to Delivery
Information for further details.

WHAT HAPPENS IF PRODUCTS ARE DAMAGED WHEN RECEIVED?

Please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide photos of the damaged goods, so
we can organise an immediate replacement.

CAN I EXCHANGE OR REFUND AN ITEM?

Yes, we have a 30 day return policy for refunds or exchanges, if you are not happy with the item or does not fit
the description of the product. This is provided goods remain boxed and in a perfect condition. The cost of the
return delivery will be incurred by customer, once received by InStyle Bathware

ARE THESE ITEMS COVERED BY MANUFACTURER WARRANTY?

Absolutely, All items sold through our Website come with a warranty period, please refer to product listing for
warranty length and conditions. If goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer, you
may replace them free of charge.

DO I NEED TO HAVE A PLUMBER INSTALL THE ITEM?

Yes, the Warranty is covered on the basis of item/s is installed by a licensed plumber.
