RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY

All of the items sold within the website are of “Brand New’ Quality.

Please check goods upon delivery, If item/s is delivered damaged please notify us via email within 24 hours of

receiving the order and provide photographs of damage. We accept all returns in accordance to Australian Consumer Law.

 

We have a 30 day return policy for refunds or exchanges, if customer is not happy with the item or does not fit the description of the product. This is provided goods remain boxed and

in a perfect condition. The cost of the return delivery will be incurred by the customer, once received by

InStyle Bathware.

 

All items sold through our Website come with a warranty period, please refer to product listing for warranty length and conditions. If goods are deemed faulty following confirmation

by the manufacturer, you may replace them free of charge.

If you change your mind, we will do our very best to provide a replacement product or refund. If you happen to change your mind or ordered the wrong product within 24 hours of

placing the order, return fees will not apply. After 24 hours of the order being received, if you happen to change your mind or ordered the wrong product a 25% restocking fee will apply and return delivery charges may be incurred. If your goods have been delivered but are still in its original factory packing condition as you received them, you may return them within 30 days for a full refund of the cost you paid for the item, minus the original shipping cost and a shipping return fee to cover the cost of return.

 

All goods are inspected on return prior to refunding or exchanging.
