All prices indicated on InStyle Bathware are inclusive of GST. The price of the Item does not include the delivery charge, unless stated otherwise. We deliver Australia wide, the cost of delivery varies depending on the location and the goods delivered. We reserve the right to modify our prices at any time, but this will be indicated to you on the order at the time the order is placed.
Payment

All goods must be paid for when order is submitted and prior to any order being dispatched.
Product Availability
We will always endeavour to fulfil your order once completed and paid for. If a product should become unavailable for any reason beyond our reasonable control, you will be notified immediately and refunded the price you paid for the product.

Returns
All of the items sold within the website are of “Brand New’ Quality. Please check goods upon delivery, If item/s is delivered damaged please notify us via email within 24 hours of receiving the order and provide photographs of damage. We accept all returns in accordance to Australian Consumer Law. We have a 30 day return policy for refunds or exchanges, if customer is not happy with the item or does not fit the description of the product. This is provided goods remain boxed and in a perfect condition. The cost of the return delivery will be incurred by the customer, once received by InStyle Bathware. All items sold through our Website come with a warranty period, please refer to product listing for warranty length and conditions. If goods are deemed faulty following confirmation by the manufacturer, you may replace them free of charge.
